restored forge containing a multifuel stove, television and DVD
player. Patio doors lead on to the paved patio which has a barbeque
area.
The downstairs shower-room is designed primarily
for wheelchair access and is adjacent to the twin bedroom.

On the first floor, the main bedroom has views over farmland
to the Cheviots and has it's own bathroom.

are both designed to allow easy access.
The hallway extends two storeys with open plan stairs to
the main bedroom and adjoining bathroom.
