The former blacksmith's shop is now the spacious lounge with restored forge containing a multifuel stove, television and DVD player. Patio doors lead on to the paved patio which has a barbeque area.

 
 
The downstairs shower-room is designed primarily for wheelchair access and is adjacent to the twin bedroom.
